
About me
Yoga has been in my life in one way or another since I was 14 years old. My relationship to yoga went through many transformations, but now I would say that my life is inseparable from the experience of yoga. Yoga is a method, but also a state of being and it means to be in union. I strive for union in every area of my life on a daily basis; it's not always perfect, but I am so grateful for the method of practising yoga to keep me coming back to the state of yoga.

My story
Ever since I can remember, I've been a seeker. At first I was probably more of a thrill seeker, and what I sought generally lived outside of me, whereas now I like to seek within for the answers, but I do believe we are all seekers really...
How & Why I Teach
My primary offering is vinyasa flow yoga, whilst I also teach hot yoga, restorative and meditation. I teach people to use their yoga practice as a vehicle for coming home to who they truly are, way beyond what their body looks like, their job, bank balance, follower count...
